Pollock is a town in Campbell County, South Dakota, United States. The population was 224 at the time of the 2020 census.

Pollock was laid out in 1901, and named in honor of a first settler with the last name Pollock. The Pollock Depot, a wood-frame former railroad station, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
