Offley is a civil parish in Hertfordshire, England. The main village is known as Offley, although is sometimes referred to as Great Offley to distinguish it from the hamlet of Little Offley which lies to the north of the parish. The parish also includes the village of Cockernhoe and the hamlets of Mangrove Green, Tea Green, and The Flints.
