Norland is a dispersed village south of Sowerby Bridge in the metropolitan borough of Calderdale in West Yorkshire, England.

Historically, Norland was in the ecclesiastical parish of Halifax in the Morley Division of the wapentake of Agbrigg and Morley. From 1894 until 1937 Norland was part of the Halifax Rural District. Upon the abolition of the rural district, Norland became part of the newly established Sowerby Bridge Urban District. The whole area became Calderdale, West Yorkshire in 1974.
