New Forest Rural District is a former council district which existed from 1894 until 1974 in Hampshire, England|Hampshire, England]] and comprised an area to the west of Southampton. The district was enlarged when the neighbouring Lymington Rural District was absorbed into it 1932. In 1974 it became part of the new non-metropolitan district of New Forest.
