Moro is an unincorporated community in Madison County, Illinois, United States. Moro, like all of Madison County, is part of the Illinois Metro-East region of the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area. Whilst still being in the Metro-East, Moro is located on the edge of the urban northeast extent of it. Moro is northeast of Bethalto, and 1.8 miles (2.9 km) northwest of Meadowbrook. Moro has a post office with ZIP code 62067. The population of Moro in 2019 was estimated at 3,483.

The city of Moro, Oregon, is named for the Illinois settlement.
