Metzger is a census-designated place and unincorporated community, in Washington County, Oregon, United States. As of the 2010 census, the CDP population was 3,765. It is named for Herman Metzger, who platted the community.

History

Herman Metzger platted the community, which was actively marketed from 1908–1909. The main line of the Oregon Electric Railway passed through the community, and had a stop that was located off Locust Street east of Jefferson.
