Masbrough, occasionally misspelt Masborough or Masbro is a suburb of Rotherham located since 1974 in South Yorkshire, England. Prior to 1974 it was in the West Riding of Yorkshire. It is located in the Metropolitan Borough of Rotherham, about 0.5 miles (0.8 km) from Rotherham town centre. The River Don divides Masbrough from the old town of Rotherham.

In the 19th century and before Masbrough was a hamlet in Kimberworth township in the ancient parish of Rotherham.

In 1862, the Masbrough iron works was the scene of an industrial disaster when one of the boilers exploded, killing nine people.
