Manlius was an early (circa 1844) settlement in Manlius Township, Allegan County, Michigan. It was located just south of the original settlement of Richmond, on Mann Creek at the site of a dam and sawmill. After a series of unfortunate events in the early 1870's, it was abandoned in favor of New Richmond.

The most visible relic of the settlement of Manlius is Manlius Cemetery.
