Laytham is a village in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is situated approximately 10 miles (16 km) north of Goole town centre and 3 miles (4.8 km) west of Holme on Spalding Moor. It consists of approximately a dozen houses and two working farms set in a rural environment.

Historically, Laytham was in the ecclesiastical parishes of both Bubwith and Aughton (near Bubwith) in the wapentake of Harthill. From 1894 until 1935, Laytham was located in Howden Rural District. In 1935 Laytham was absorbed into the neighbouring civil parish of Foggathorpe.
