Klaaswaal is a former municipality (gemeente) of Zuid-Holland, Netherlands located on Hoeksche Waard. It was a municipality until 1 Jan 1984, at which point it was merged into Cromstrijen.

Klaaswaal is een dorp en voormalige gemeente in de Hoeksche Waard, provincie Zuid-Holland. Per 1 januari 1984 is de gemeente Klaaswaal samen met de gemeente Numansdorp opgegaan in de nieuwe gemeente Cromstrijen.
Tot de 1 januari 1984 was het dorp Klaaswaal de hoofdplaats van de gelijknamige gemeente.
