Kernu Parish was a rural municipality in north-western Estonia. It was a part of Harju County. The municipality had a population of 2,077 (as of 1 January 2009) and covered an area of 174.65 km². The population density was 11.9 inhabitants per km².

There were 17 villages in Kernu Parish: Allika, Haiba, Hingu, Kaasiku, Kabila, Kernu, Kibuna, Kirikla, Kohatu, Kustja, Laitse, Metsanurga, Mõnuste, Muusika, Pohla, Ruila, Vansi.
