Hook is a village in the District of Fareham, in the southern part of Hampshire, England. Since 1974 it is part of the modern civil parish of Hook with Warsash.

The civil parish was created in 1894 from part of Titchfield civil parish and was located in Fareham Rural District until 1932. In 1932 the civil parish was abolished and the area was transferred to Fareham civil parish which became Fareham Urban District at this time.

Hook has now largely been consumed within the neighbouring community of Warsash as part of the larger Hamble-based conurbation that includes Hook, Warsash, Locks Heath, Park Gate and Sarisbury.

The relationship between Hook and Warsash is reflected in the local names of Hook-with-Warsash School and Hook-with-Warsash Nature Reserve.
