High Worsall is a hamlet and civil parish in the Hambleton District of North Yorkshire, England. It is near Low Worsall and 4 miles (6.4 km) west of Yarm. The population of the parish was estimated at 40 in 2010.

Prior to the nationwide municipal reorganization of 1974, High Worsall was located in Stokesley Rural District. Historically, it was a chapelry in the ancient parish of Northallerton in the Allerton Wapentake. It was in the Stockton Registration District until 1875 and then in Stokesley Registration District.
