Dennie Family

I am trying to find information on the Dennie Family that lived in Hemlock around 1840-1900 or so. Cyntha Dennie is my grandmother.(My mother's mother.) She was married to David Stanley from Horse Creek in the Lansing Area of Ashe County. I know her birth year was about 1895 or 6. She was the Daughter of James P. Dennie, DOB 1848 and Serge ________ Dennie, DOB Jan. 1867. James and Serge had 7 living children Dora M., DOB Mar.1882; Margaret H., DOB Mar.1884; Andrew J.,DOB Mar. 1888; Huley,DOB Feb. 1890; Salomon,DOB Apr. 1893; Cyntha, Mar. 1895 or 6; and Etta, Aug. 1899. My information has come from one document I found in Ashe County records and a family bible. However; I have not been successful at locating anyone other than the above.
