Hardwick with Tusmore was a civil parish formed in 1932 from the neighbouring parishes of Hardwick (near Bicester) and Tusmore. Upon formation the new parish became part of the Ploughley Rural District and in 1974 were transferred to the Cherwell District of Oxfordshire.
