Hampton Gay and Poyle was a civil parish formed in 1932 from the neighbouring parishes of Hampton Gay and Hampton Poyle, located near Kidlington, Oxfordshire. Upon formation the new parish became part of the Ploughley Rural District and in 1974 were transferred to the Cherwell District of Oxfordshire.
