Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture (; , , Tib.pin.: cojang poirig ranggyong kü) is an autonomous prefecture of Northeastern Qinghai Province, China. The prefecture has an area of and its seat is Haiyan County. Its name literally means "north of (Qinghai) Lake."
