Great Givendale with Grimthorpe is a civil parish based on the hamlets of Great Givendale and Grimthorpe in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is situated approximately 3 miles (4.8 km) north of Pocklington. Since 1935 it has formed part of the civil parish of Millington.

Historically, Great Givendale with Grimthorpe was in the ecclesiastical parish of Great Givendale in the wapentake of Harthill. From 1894 until 1935, As a civil parish it was located in Pocklington Rural District.
