Great Driffield Urban District covered the town of Driffield and a small group of surrounding civil parishes in East Yorkshire from 1894 until 1935. In 1935 the town dropped the "Great" from its title and the urban district re-formed with a slightly different group of parishes. At the same time, the Driffield Rural District was formed from the more rural parishes in the area.
