Grand Haven Charter Township is a charter township of Ottawa County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 15,178 at the 2010 census.[1] The Grand Haven Township is located immediately south of Grand Haven.

In the traditional township numbering for the State of Michigan, Grand Haven Township is T 7 N, R 16 W, truncated on the west by Lake Michigan.

Grand Haven Township was formerly known as Ottawa Township. It is referred to as such in the 1850 and 1860 censuses.
