Grafton is a community just outside Woodstock in the Canadian province of New Brunswick. It is situated in Northampton, a parish of Carleton County. Both Grafton and Grafton Hill are located on the Saint John River.

It is the location of Woodstock Airport.

Grafton had a major fire in 1888 destroying many homes.
