Godstone Rural District was a rural district in Surrey, England from 1894 to 1974. It covered the southeast corner of the county and had its headquarters in the village of Godstone. In 1901 it had a population of 18,378; and in 1971, just before its demise, of 43,381. There was a small upward adjustment of the area covered during the 80 years of its existence.

With the exception of Addington which was an early addition and quite temporary, the parishes remained together and were combined with the Caterham and Warlingham Urban District to the north to create the Tandridge District.
