Gloucester St. Mary de Grace was considered both an ancient parish and a civil parish until 1896 when it was abolished and absorbed into the City of Gloucester. It is located south of Gloucester Cathedral between a detached portion of the parish of Gloucester St. Mary-de-Lode and the parish of Gloucester St. Mary de Crypt.
