A map, also from GENUKI, illustrates the locations of the various parishes within the hundred.

A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of Forehoe Hundred from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1870-72:

"FOREHOE, a [registration] district and a hundred in Norfolk; near the centre of the county, to the W of Norwich. The district comprises the [registration] sub-district of Wymondham,....The hundred is nearly identical with the district, but somewhat more extensive. Acres: 40,397. Population in 1851: 13,897; in 1861: 13,146. Houses: 2,968.
