Ebberston is a small village near Pickering in the Ryedale District of North Yorkshire, England. The 12th century Church, St Mary the Virgin, is to the west of the village just off the A170.

Prior to the nationwide municipal reorganization of 1974, Ebberston was located in Pickering Rural District. Historically, it was an ecclesiastical parish in the Pickering Lythe Wapentake. It was in the Pickering Registration District.
