East Worldham is a village in the East Hampshire District of Hampshire, England. It is 1.9 miles (3.1 km) east of Alton; and 1.9 miles (3.1 km) southwest of Wyck. Hartley Mauditt and West Worldham are nearby; the three former separate parishes form the modern parish of Worldham (since 1932). The population of Worldham in the UK census of 2011 was 354.

The village is just east of the A31 road and contains St Mary's Church, amongst other buildings. For centuries the village and surrounding parish were owned by Winchester College.

The "History" section of the Wikipedia article summarizes the ownership of the lands in East Worldham parish in greater detail.

Parishes in the Alton Hundred of Hampshire and the Farnham Hundred of Surrey have been omitted from the Victoria County Histories. This may be because they were set up later than the other hundreds.
