Cranworth is a village and civil parish in the Breckland District of central Norfolk, England. It has an area of 20.63 km2 (7.97 sq mi) with a population of 419 as of the 2011 UK Census.

Cranworth village has a church, St. Marys, in the Benefice of Reymerston.

The civil parish was created from the four previous parishes of Cranworth, Letton, Southburgh and Woodrising by the County of Norfolk Review Order, 1935.

A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of Cranworth from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1871-72:

"CRANWORTH, a parish in Mitford [registration] district, Norfolk; on the river Blackwater, 3¼ miles NW of Hingham, and 5½ WSW of Thuxton [railway] station. Post town: Shipdham, under Thetford. Acres: 1,126. Real property: £1,946. Population: 264. Houses: 60. The property is all in one estate. The living is a rectory, united with the rectory of Letton, in the diocese of Norwich. Value: £307. Patron: B. Gurdon, Esq. The church has a tower and spire; contains monuments of the Gurdons; and was recently restored. Charities, £9."
