Clustered Spires Cemetery or CSC opened in 1930 as "Frederick Memorial Park", then was renamed after a number of years to "Linden Hills Cemetery, Inc." The cemetery was re-incorporated in 2003 as a non-profit, at which point the name "Clustered Spires" was applied. Renovation of the site began in 2008, and internal roads were resurfaced in 2009.

There is a single building on the site, "Sunrise Mausoleum", that opened in 1936. The name was applied in 2008 upon building restoration, according to a press release.

The Cemetery is referred to as "Memorial Park Cemetery" on both Google Maps and OpenStreetMap. It is referred to as "Clustered Spires Cemetery" on MapQuest.

Access to the grounds is via Linden Avenue, running south from West Patrick Street (US 40); access from US 15 is via exit 13. Locust Avenue also provides access, but this route must be accessed via a cross-street from Linden Avenue.
