"A location on open moorland in E Caithness, Highland Council Area, Camster comprises the settlements of Upper and Lower Camster which lie to the southwest of Wick. The Camster Burn rises to the east of Upper Camster and near Lower Camster are the Grey Cairns of Camster, two of the best-preserved Neolithic chambered cairns in Britain. Dating from the 3rd and 4th millennium BC, Camster Round is 18m (59 feet) in diameter and Camster Long 69.5m (228 feet) long."
