Burnfoot is a hamlet in the former parish of Carsphairn, in Kirkcudbrightshire (now Dumfries and Galloway). It is located on the northeastern banks of the Water of Deugh to the northwest of the Kendoon Loch.

There is a second small hamlet named Burnfoot in Rerrick parish in southern Kirkcudbrightshire.
