Bryning-with-Warton has been, since 1974, a civil parish in the Borough of Fylde in Lancashire, England. From 1934, when it was created from two adjoining parishes, until 1974, it was located in Fylde Rural District.

The parish contains the village of Warton (Fylde) as well as the hamlets of Bryning and Kellamergh. According to the 2001 census the parish had a population of 3,572.
