This cemetery, located approximately 3/4 mile West of the Village of Montgomery, on the South side of NY Route 17K, is the currently working cemetery of the Brick Church. It is not to be confused with the Montgomery "Brick Church Cemetery", which is a short distance to the East of it, on the North side of NY Route 17K.

That older section (immediately East of the church) has not had any burials in over a century. Military burials in the old section are Revolutionary and Civil Wars. Military burials in the new section start with World War I.
