Berkhamsted Rural District was a rural district in Hertfordshire, England from 1894 to 1974, covering the far northwest corner of the county.

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1972, in 1974 it merged with the Municipal Borough of Hemel Hempstead, the urban districts of Berkhamsted and Tring, the rural district of Hemel Hempstead, and parts of the rural districts of Watford and St. Albans.
