Baie Sainte Anne (2011 population: 1,387) is a rural community in Hardwicke Parish, Northumberland County, New Brunswick, Canada.

It is located on the southern shore of Miramichi Bay near its opening into the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Peat farming and lobster processing are the area's major sources of income.

Baie Sainte Anne is located 5.3 km southwest of Escuminac in Hardwicke Parish, Northumberland County, New Brunswick. It was settled in 1760 by Acadians and named for the mother of the Blessed Virgin Mary. It had a post office from 1917. (Source:Place Names of New Brunswick)
