Ashby Woulds is a civil parish in Leicestershire, England. It is in the North West Leicestershire District, to the west of Ashby-de-la-Zouch. The main settlements in the parish are Norris Hill and Moira.

Until 1974 the parish was an urban district of Leicestershire.

Ashby Woulds appears to have been establised when urban and rural districts were introduced in 1894. No sources found have any details other than the names of the main settlements. The derivation of the name is unknown.
