Aislaby is a hamlet and civil parish near the English town of Pickering, North Yorkshire. It lies on the A170 to the west of Pickering between Wrelton and Middleton.

Prior to the nationwide municipal reorganization of 1974, Aislaby was located in Pickering Rural District. Historically, it was located in the ecclesiastical parish of Middleton in the Pickering Lythe Wapentake. It was in the Pickering Registration District.
