Ainderby Steeple is a village and civil parish since 1974 in the Hambleton district of North Yorkshire, England. Prior to the nationwide municipal reorganization of 1974, it was located in Northallerton Rural District. Historically, it was an ecclesiastical parish in the Gilling East Wapentake. It was in the Stokesley Registration District.


Ainderby Steeple is situated on the A684 approximately 2.6 miles (4.2 km) south-west of the County Town of Northallerton, and to the immediate east of Morton-on-Swale. The censuses of 2001 and 2011 both gave a population of just less than 300.
