It appears obvious from the notes (On the original records at Winsor is this entry: "October 1709, William Stratton died on board the vessel coming from Albany.") that William Stratton did not die in Wedmore, Somerset, England, but this is the only place named Wedmore in our database.

This error deserves to be corrected by someone more familiar with the geography of the River Hudson.--Goldenoldie 07:42, 29 March 2020 (UTC)
