Christening date [13 August 2011]

I removed the christening date of 12 MAY 1631 in Manchesterfield, Cheshire, England. It has no source except some email address, and is incompatible with a birth in 1599. I have no faith in the birth date, but given the marriage in 1641, 1631 would have had to have been an adult baptism and therefore is useless for approximating the birth, and is more likely, a mis-identification given English cultural practices. The Pillsbury Genealogy cannot even say which year William emigrated much less when and where he was baptized, so at a minimum, some kind of documentation is needed to believe such facts. The fact that people think it reasonable to put such contradictory items as a birth in 1599 and a baptism in 1631 on the same page without sources or explanation is exactly why sources are needed. --Jrich 19:21, 13 August 2011 (EDT)
