Seeking sources for William Igo father of Garrett Igo Sr. [26 August 2020]

Good evening,

I am trying to sort out the tangle of William Igo and Lewis Igo (of Sugar Tree Ridge, Ohio) vs Louis Igou who received a patent for land from James Madison for war service, in Chillicothe, Ohio)

Do you have any source documents that would help to distinguish them as separate people? Or perhaps explain that they were the same people? I believe that Louis Igou may have been William Igo's father

Any help appreciated.
