can't find stuff cited [28 April 2012]

I removed "BIOGRAPHY: Emigrated to Salem, MA on the "Mary & John" from Somersetshire, England, "History of Nantucket", by Alexander Starbuck, f72.n257, 1969." from this page because I can't find the attributed information in this book. A page number would be useful if it is there, but Shattuck is not listed in the Genealogical Index (the Genealogies jump from Macy to Starbuck), and not listed in the regular index. I find Shattuck mentioned on p. 525 but actually referring to Sarah Gardner, and I find Sarah Shattuck in the genealogies under Gardner listed as marrying Richard Gardner. I find nothing about Damaris Shattuck or her husband or immigration. All the sources I seem to find, like the Shattuck Memorial, p. 361, say, "At what time she came from England, whether before or after the death of her first husband, and what his christian name was, are unknown." Given this book's remoteness from the subjects at hand, the inability to locate the citation, and its general disagreement with both older and newer research, I decided this should be removed. --Jrich 20:15, 28 April 2012 (EDT)
