Anomalous Divorce [28 September 2013]

Note that even though it is clear from their separate 1920 census entries that Arie and Tillie were divorced before 1920, they were still both buried in the same plot in Hospers Cemetery, as demonstrated by this FindAGrave headstone image.

(FWIW, note also that the author of Arie's FindAGrave page was unaware of the second marriage, and thought Tillie was Geertje Klyn.)
