I removed the death date of 22 AUG 1711. There is no source, but being familiar with this family I know this date is in Scituate VR for Stephen Tilden with no identification of which Stephen. It is for the uncle of this Stephen Person:Stephen Tilden (4). It always helps to have a family genealogy to guide through the Vital Records. Even more so if copying from AFNs or similar type sources.
