What to do about the personal history section here? [5 March 2013]

I am not an old-timer here, but from what I can tell the personal history section here does not follow the usual format. I am curious -- what is the normal thing to do in a case like this?--Werebear 19:05, 4 March 2013 (EST)

I'm not sure exactly what question you are asking. Are you refering to the look of the text (fixed-width letters instead of the usual proportional font)? If so, all you need to do is get rid of leading spaces - I believe the wiki uses a fixed-width font when it encounters spaces at the beginning of a paragraph, so that people can put in sections with text lined up in columns. If you are referring to the content (which I did not look at carefully), I sometimes split out text that appears to be more of a source and move it to sources.--DataAnalyst 19:20, 4 March 2013 (EST)
I am talking about about both the look and the content. To me, it is a confusing mixture of sources and text, some of which appears to be quotes at length from sources. It is difficult to tell which text is from which source. (There is a paragraph from Stewart Baldwin's Henry Project, which might be a bit problematic, since on his site he says he doesn't mind short quotes or links, but does not want people to cut and paste elsewhere.) Obviously the page badly needs to be cleaned up, but I am not sure how to do it since I don't understand where all the material is coming from.--Werebear 20:03, 5 March 2013 (EST)
