on www.tresoar.nl I found: Geboorteakte Dantumadeel, 1869 Aangiftedatum 14 juni 1869, akte nr. 136 Sjoerdtje Wouda, geboren 13 juni 1869 Dochter van Johannes Lieuwes Wouda en Sytske Jacobs Bottema so I think this is the correct 1
