Correct father of Ephraim Whiting? [12 May 2021]

Torrey (New England Marriages to 1700, 3:1656) has a Samuel Whiting, died 1705, married to a Mary [Clark] by 1699 with a reference to Wrentham. Torrey also has a Samuel Whiting with dates 1662-1714/15 (similar to the dates here) who married Elizabeth Read. It is possible that two or more Samuel Whiting's have been confused with each other.

The references in Torrey should be looked up, but I don't plan to do that soon.--DataAnalyst 02:20, 13 May 2021 (UTC)
