Bond's Account of the Garfield Family [26 January 2012]

Anderson says [GM 2:3:21], "Bond created much confusion in the accounts of this family, by splitting the immigrant into two men, and then doing the same with his eldest son … ." A lengthy discussion follows which boils down to there being one Edward, the immigrant ancestor, and one Samuel, eldest son in the second generation.
