I would guess this Samuel to be Samuel Craig Frazier, and the Mason Co Samuel Frazier who married Ann Allen is the son of John Frazier Jr and Jennet Gay. The reason for this is the intermarriage into the Gillespie family with the Gays and James Frazier marrying Patsy Gillespie, with Gillespies also being in Mason Co at the same time.
A Mason Co Frazier researcher said there is no proof the Samuel Frazier in Mason Co had a middle name of Craig.
