I removed comments from this page:

  •  !Parish Register Rev. Tidmarsh Vicar. Bishop's Transcripts 1700-1782 W.E.C. Cotton, Genealogist, London, England
  •  !Family Group sheet from Alica Pearce Swain (now dead), 66 West North Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah

It wasn't clear how English parish register would apply to Samuel Brigham, and Family Group Sheets are just old-fashioned Ancestry Trees, assuming it does apply.

I also removed the death date of 24 Apr 1771 Marlborough, Middlesex, Ma. It may be valid, but it is not listed in the Marlborough VRs. Source:Brigham, Willard Irving Tyler. History of the Brigham Family : A Record of Several Thousand Descendants of Thomas Brigham, the Emigrant, 1603-1653, p. 90, says he d. in Grafton 1 Sep 1771, as do other sources (Source:Cutter, William Richard. Historic Homes and Places and Genealogical and Personal Memoirs Relating to the Families of Middlesex County, Massachusetts, p. 3:1324), but even that date may not be right. It is not found in Grafton VRs. There is such a date in Marlborough, but the compiler has added the annotation that that particular Samuel Brigham was the son of George and Mary, i.e., a different Samuel Brigham. Source:Davis, Horace. Ancestry of John Davis, Governor and U.S. Senator, and Eliza Bancroft, His Wife, Both of Worcester, Massachusetts, p. 34, says of the Samuel of this page, "I find no record of his death." Until some quality evidence can be found that makes it clear when this Samuel died, that seems to be the best we can say. --Jrich 16:35, 21 August 2011 (EDT)

The remove death date is the date the will was proved, not the death date. Thus this was sloppy data entry, and should have said Bef 24 Apr 1771. This also confirms that 1 Sep 1771 in Grafton does not apply either. --Jrich 17:55, 7 September 2011 (EDT)
