The England and Wales Civil Registration Birth Index which you quote as your source would only tell you the Registration District in which the birth took place. If you have seen a full certificate of birth, that information would be on the certificate along with the full date of birth. If you know the birthplace from family hearsay, then you should not use the Civil Registration Birth Index as your source.
